1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Eligibility and Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use the PLATFORM, or if you are between 13-18 you must have your parent's permission to use the platform. By using our Platform, you are telling us by your actions that you have obtained permission (you are 'representing" and warranting' that you have obtained the appropriate permissions to use our platform). If you are under the age of 13 you MAY NOT use our platform in any manner nor may you register for an account.

9. Terms of Agreement 18 and up

In consideration of the services of The Art of Intuitive Movement, their agents, owners, officers, affiliates, volunteers, participants, employees,

franchisors, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as “AIM”) I hereby agree to

release, indemnify, and discharge AIM, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and

estate as follows:

1. I acknowledge that my participation in the course activities entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury,

paralysis, death or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks, while minimal, simply cannot be eliminated

without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activities provided by AIM.

The risks include, among other things: AIM’s yoga, meditation, fitness, and breathwork activities entail certain risks that simply cannot be eliminated

without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activities. Throughout all AIM activities there is an emphasis on listening to one’s individual

physiology and abstaining from doing activities that do not feel safe. Additionally, AIM may at times, suggest modifications to their activities to make

participation more attainable for certain participants. Risks include the negligence of other participants or myself, injuries, fractures, scrapes, bruises

and cuts, disclocations, pinched fingers, head injuries, back or neck which can cause paralysis, psychological harm, or even death. Participation in

AIIM activities could result in high blood pressure condition, fainting, heart complications and or heart attack/stroke and may aggravate pre-existing

injuries or medical conditions. Other more serious risks exist as well. Participants can fall, sprain or break wrists, ankles and legs, and can suffer

more serious injuries as well. When participating in group activities, participants can fall on each other resulting in broken bones and other serious

injuries. In any event, if you, or your child is injured, you, or your child may require medical assistance, at your own expense. Furthermore, AIM

instructors and employees have difficult roles to perform; they seek safety, but they are not infallible. They might be unaware of a participant’s health

or abilities. They may give incomplete warnings or instructions, and any equipment used during the activities might malfunction, or be misused by the

participant.

2. The materials contained on this site, course and workbooks are for informational purposes only and are not intended to be utilized as a

substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are required to seek the advice of a physician or qualified health

practitioner/provider in regard to the treatment of any medical condition, injury, or ailment. On signing this Participant Agreement, I explicitly

agree that AIM has not instructed me to disregard professional medical advice or occasion delay in seeking same, should it be required, as a

result of any content included in AIM’s course materials and/or activities.

3. I understand that I am taking part in a certificate course from a Yoga Alliance Certified Continuing Education Provider and canfitpro CEC

provider. These courses are intended to enhance my resume, marketability, and complement my qualifications, however, I explicitly agree that I

will not hold myself out to be a RYT certified yoga professional upon completion of any of AIM’s courses and will only conduct activities for

others under my own scope.

I acknowledge that AIM provides a variety of courses and programs in which the degree of risk to participants varies significantly.

4. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation is this activity is purely voluntary,

and I elect to participate in spite of any risks.

5. I hereby voluntary release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIM from any and all claims, demands, or causes of

action, which I may sustain while on AIM’s premises, or are in any way connected with my participation in AIM’s activities, or my use of AIM’s

equipment or facilities including any such claim which allege negligent acts or omissions of AIM.

6. Should AIM or anyone acting on behalf of AIM, be required to incur legal fees and costs to enforce this agreement, including to defend or

respond to any such claim which I have waived or from which I have released AIM hereunder. I agree to indemnify, and hold AIM harmless for

all such fees and costs.

7. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such

injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.

8. I understand that AIM cannot guarantee that its participant’s information will always be immune from invasions of expected privacy.

Notwithstanding that AIM utilizes computer software designed to protect, I understand there is no computer software that has the means to

control against all risks of such invasions of privacy. AIM applies a range of safeguards to customer data that may be processed, handled or

stored. AIM protects personal data by using appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures. I further understand that AIM

will not share any of my information with a third party without my explicit, prior written consent.

In the event that I file a lawsuit against AIM, I agree to do so solely in the Province of Ontario, and I further agree that the laws of the Province of

Ontario. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

By enrolling in any course on The Art of Intuitive Movement I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in AIM activities, I may be

found by a court to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against AIM on the basis of any claim from which I have released AIM

herein. I have been provided sufficient opportunity to read the entirety of this document. I have read and understood it, and I agree to be

bound by its terms. I further agree that I am the participant and acknowledge that my course completion and certification may be rendered

incomplete, or voided, at AIM’s sole discretion.


10. Terms of Agreement 18 and under



In consideration of the services of The Art of Intuitive Movement, their agents, owners, officers, affiliates, volunteers, participants, employees,

franchisors, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as “AIM”) I hereby agree to

release, indemnify, and discharge AIM, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and

estate as follows:

however, I explicitly agree that I will not hold myself out to be a RYT certified yoga professional upon completion of any of AIM’s courses and will

only conduct activities for others under my own scope. I will only practice teaching these poses to friends and family, while under the direct

supervision of a qualified physical education teacher/instructor.

I acknowledge that AIM provides a variety of courses and programs in which the degree of risk to participants varies significantly.

4. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing in this activity. My participation is this activity is purely voluntary,

and I elect to participate in spite of any risks.

Teachable platform to access AIM’s course materials.
